World cup, doubles.

I am having a great time in Breck. I competed in my first world cup in copper. It was bad weather and after the big line was closed and lots of knuckling, I couldn’t stick a run and ended up in 33rd. I  am progressing well with my tricks. I  was stoked to land a double wild cat today. Here is a video. https://vimeo.com/83895552

Im also stoked to get a photo on transworld snow’s website from the grand prix at copper. I ended up 22nd. http://snowboarding.transworld.net/1000217789/photos/2014-grand-prix-breckenridge-slopestyle-qualifiers/?pid=55091#ngtop

Breckenridge

I arrived in Breckenridge last night and had my first day on snow today. This kicks off my 4 month season based here. I am excited to learn some new tricks. I am looking forward to my comps this season including my first world cup at Copper Mt in Mid-December. I am also hoping to compete in world cups in Canada and Austria. I am now part of the Shadow Team for the 2014 Olympic Games. Check out my article in the Border Mail: http://www.bordermail.com.au/story/1917373/winter-olympics-within-reach-of-border-boarder/

I am super excited for this season and I will keep you updated.

I have been having an awesome season so far.
In the school holidays I spent two weeks in Thredbo with TSC. Although there wasn’t much snow it was really fun and I have improved my rail riding a lot. I am now in NZ for a week for the Junior World Heli Challenge. It has been sick and I am learning a heap about avalanche and backcountry safety. Here are a couple of photos from my trip so far. More to come :)
